I) To scrutinize the Detaild Project Reports of Projects costing more than Rs.1.00 Crore with the
following members:
1. Joint Managing Director, TWAD Board as Chairman.
2. Engineering Director, TWAD Board as Convener and
3. All the Chief Engineers of TWAD Board as members.
II) For the Projects costing more than Rs.20.00Crore,the SLTC shall co-opt the
Engineering Director, CMWSSB as additional Member.
The role of the SLTC shall be purely recommendatory and henceforth no Circular should be issued independently by the SLTC on any matter. All the recommendations of the SLTC should be placed before the Board for its approval. |
